Clubcard Points - A benefit in kind?

Limited company client uses a Tesco Mastercard entirely for business purposes and spends significant sums each year, to the extent that the directors were able to go on a family holiday to Dubai using the reward points.

I assume this is a benefit in kind? Any thoughts?
