company car: lease / HP / buy private

company car: lease / HP / buy private

Didn't find your answer?

I have recently setup a new and a very small practise but also am employed fulltime therefore not sure if I should lease a car or buy a car through HP or buy a car private and claim expenses. Would appreciate advise which is most tax efficient way for me to run a car for the business which will have occasional private use. The car will over time get more and more use as practise grows.  Intend to move into practise during this year ideally next couple of months. how do i need to calculate what is most tax efficient way? the cheapest way to run a car? please note my practice is a Ltd company
