Company Formation Agents

Company Formation Agents

Didn't find your answer?

Hi,

I was wondering who people on here use to set up limited companies on behalf of their clients and who people would recommend?

I have in the past used www.companyregistrations.co.uk and they do a good job but they aren't the cheapest.  I'm looking to reduce the cost if possible, whilst still maintaining the quality of service.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Do Companies House provide you with a pdf copy of incorporation certificate, share certificates, articles etc?

Co House

They email you copies of the formation papers once its set up. Articles are very basic but do the job.

Same here.

Or if multiple share classes required, QF Registrars are reasonable (around £30 I think)

I use me and Companies House...

Its £15 to Co House.

I send the client out a 'pack' which includes the Model Articles, all reference numbers - Co House and HMRC (so they wont keep asking me when they want to pay something) a share cert (no longer needed I know but some clients still expect them).

Also a copy of the cert plus an article of mine on Directors Duties - that way I know they've got everything they need and its correct.

I charge extra for this of course but the clients dont seem to mind.

Iris or agent

We use Iris for simple ones, and use a company called Company Law Solutions for anything a bit different or for changes to existing companies.
