Condominium Management Software

I am looking for a software accounting package to satisfy the requirements of a number of housing condominiums.

This will be required to cope with:

Budgetary Information

Calculation of service charges using fractions

Production of service charge invoices

Debtors ledger and credit control

Purchase ledger

Management and annual accounts

The main package in USA is called Condo Manager and looks quite comprehensive but I am not sure it can be tailored to a UK or European undertaking.

Does anyone here have any experience of similar software?

I am not an expert on accounting or condos - but surely this is mostly a standard bookkeeping package. And a list of fractions for each condo?
