Conflicting info given by RTI filing

RTI confusion...

Basic PAYE Tools is classing the June filing as 'on hold' within its own categories. I attempted to file to HMRC on Monday (3 days ago), several times over as I kept being told it was 'on hold' and I should re-enter my password. Possibly the HMRC server was being slow that day. Then I left it alone as I didn't want to cause multiple filings.

Later on Monday I got an email from HMRC confirming successful submission of an FPS for this client.

But my Basic PAYE Tools software still shows the filing under 'View on hold submissions' rather than 'View successful submissions'. There is a Submission ID number which is reassuring. However the instructions tell me I have to resubmit any data that is 'on hold' i.e. it is not filed yet!

Is this a problem with PAYE Tools? I don't like this ambiguity.

Thanks for any help.

Thanks Paul, hadn't seen that lot.

Should I resubmit though? I know the article says not to but I'm not sure what's best...
