Is there a software in the market that does accounts consolidation? Or an accounting one which has that feature?

IRIS does
With IRIS, you set up a separate client reference for the consolidated accounts and link it to the client references for the parent company and subsidiary companies. It pulls in the figures from the accounts for all the group companies and then, you put through the consolidation journals on the consolidated client reference.
CCH Accounts Production has a consolidation pack and, on the basis of Euan's reply, works in the same way as IRIS. It's fine.
