Hi there.
I was doing a quick review of my competition and I have stumbled upon this accounting practice.
They claim that if you are currently operating as self employed and effectively working as an employee (as per http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/manuals/esmmanual/ESM0500.htm), they advise you to join a "Construction CIS LLP company". By joining the company you can retain your self employed status.
I must admit that it is the first time I read about this and I am baffled. Isn`t this LLP just another intermediary who should apply PAYE to the deemed employment income or process the payments under IR35 rules? Isn`t this similar to a Managed Services Company? Please can someone explain the mechanics?

Many thanks.
