Anyone know if there is an agent dedicated CT line? We have one for SA, but since the merging of all the CT tel nos into this seriously flawed mess, I am forever waiting for someone to pick up from their phone system. Currently been on here for 10 minutes following a pointless 15 minute call to the online helpdesk. Help? That's a misnomer.
