CT41G - Has this form been withdrawn?

One of my colleagues is tyring to register a new company with HMRC but the CT41G seems to have been withdrawn. She contacted HMRC and was told the form doesn't exist anymore and the details should be entered online. Can anyone tell me where online? I see there is a new section on HMRC website once you log in as agent but this doesn't seem to fit the bill. Any ideas?
