For some reason the CT600 will not download. I go through the usual procedure through the HM Revenue site and click the download tab. I then get a page saying this will refresh automatically but may take some time. Thats where my problems start, nothing happens. I know there is a problem if you use Google Chrome so I use the normal Internet Explorer. Any ideas ???

I've just this minute downloaded one using the Firefox browser. Try using Firefox?.
show in folder
If you right click on the download, it may offer you the option to 'show in folder'. Then you can open it directly from windows explorer. This always works for me - ct600 will never download without me doing this.

I'm no computer wizz by any stretch of the imagination but perhaps you should make sure you have the latest version of Acrobat, that your firewall isn't blocking the download and that you don't have too much electricity in your body - in which case you should try earthing yourself on a radiator (you can now really see that I'm no computer wizz by any stretch of the imagination).
Failing all that it may be a call to the Online Services Help Desk.

I noticed on windows 8 items are downloaded into a downloads folder but I was not promoted to tell me that. I spent ages repeatedly downloading when I had it already. I suggest checking this folder just in case.
