DD Collection advice.

DD Collection advice.

Didn't find your answer?

I am currently collecting monthly fees by SO but I am keen to switch to DD ASAP. Is there a certain amount of transactions you need before you can justify it.
Is it go cardless most people use as there seems to be a lot in the market that do it with a huge range of costs structures.

Move

I currently use Eazipay. It is okay but paper driven.

I started to use Go Cardless for new clients. It is more convenient and cheaper. No papers are exchanged. This is a real benefit.

I will try and move existing clients to Go Cardless.

DD should be from day 1. I did not do this and it proved to be a hassle to move clients to DD. I still have 2 clients (refused to move) who  continue to pay through SO.

EaziPay
2nd vote for them. As Move says its paper driven and they deduct thier fees off what you receive. One of my clients uses them and its been pretty painless and cheaper than other options. The only pain is getting the DD Mandates in situ. Once done its just a small job emailing them the transactions for processing. Your settlement is made by fastpay under email advice.
