Did other tax agents notice an improvement in the Ftax service last year?

I really like the product as a S100, SA800 Trust and corporation tax filing product and the service level and 'speed of reply' are exceptional.

I understand from other Accounting Web comments that Ftax had a problem with their new credit system back in April.... but this appears to have been fixed as I have experienced no such problems.
