I am currently using viztopia accounts production for bookkeeping and final accounts. The company has brought out a new version called 'Central'but I have continued to use the previous version although support on this will cease at the end of the year. I don't need such sophisticated software now and so tried to download VT+ as recommended numerous contributors. However, it won't let me install as it is saying is will not work with a 64-bit excel on my computer, only a 32 bit one. Are there any recommendations for a similarly easy to use accounts production software package which will work on a 64-bit machine please.

32bit is usually the default setting on installation for MS Office.
Why not reinstall excel to the 32bit version?

I was reading that you can't install both 64-bit and 32-bit MS office on the same machine and because I'm not that au fait with this sort of thing I am worried that if I delete my current version and install a 32-bit version I am going to get problems.
