Director doesnt take any salary (as already higher rate taxpayer) and his Director wife (doesnt work in company).  Director is the main earner and wishes to have a "remuneration package" for hima nd his wife based upon benefits.  Under discussion are private health, gym club and holidays ( annual cost of hols say £10k) - if this benefits package comes to around £15k pa can HMRC question its allowability for corp tax relief? The director is certainly earning the entitlement - I suppose the question is whether too many holidays are perhaps an issue? The company has fees of around £40k pa. The costs would be recorded on form P11d for the Directors
