Dividend Voucher

Hi Guys,

I am trying to prepare a dividend voucher and also minutes for an interim divided paid out to shareholders of a limited company. My question is around the format being different if its interim. A P/L and B/S have been prepared to show that at that point in time it was possible to make this payment. But do I need to add anything specific to differentiate it as a interim? Or is there anything specific when dealing with interim divs?
