Do Companies House accept same iXBRL prepared for HMRC?

Hello there,

Does anybody know if Companies House accepts the same exact iXBRL document filed with HMRC? I know that CH currently accepts XBRL or iXBRL filings on a voluntary basis. I was informed that if it is iXBRL, then companies can use the same iXBRL document that was filed with HMRC; But, few others say that it requires minor changes to this document so that it meets CH requirements. Can somebody help me with this additional CH requirement? May be, a sample CH iXBRL, or a documentation on the CH iXBRL requirements?
