Do you have to wait 12 months to get CIS Gross...

Didn't find your answer?

Do you have to wait 12 months to apply for CIS gross status.

I have a new startup with contracts on its books of over £250k and will probably turnover £800 to £1m in first year.

Do we have to wait 12 months before we can apply for gross status for CIS or can we do it now as we can demonstrate

we have the turnover.

Apply
I have been granted gross status for several start-ups on the back of initial contracts.

@Cheeky

Did you just apply, then when it was queried send them details of initial contracts.

I did a follow up letter straight away, along with backing documentation.
