The "Choose your plan" page at http://www.intuit.co.uk/quickbooks-accounting-software/special-offers.jsp implies that QBO Essentials does not have purchase orders, but that QBO Plus does. The feature-comparison page at http://www.intuit.co.uk/quickbooks-accounting-software/online/compare.jsp says nothing about them at all.
The "Choose your plan" page takes the opportunity to say "Look, we do purchase orders", but on the feature-comparison page where, if it mentioned them at all, it would have to say definitively whether a particular version did them or not, it remains silent
It would be good to have a definitive response to this post from Intuit, but if I do not get one, I will assume that QBO Essentials does not have purchase orders, and that Intuit are deliberately being unclear on the issue.
