Early bird

Didn't find your answer?

Received today client 's information for his 2014-15 return. He suggested he got a discount for being up to date but as I don't understand the word I couldn't reply

Is my client the first in the UK this year??

Ist Tax Return

Nope

Filed my first client return at 10.30 this morning!

Plus...... I've just finished my own 31 March accounts and CT return.   Think I'll have to sit back for a few days just in case I've missed anything before filing them though

Didn't realise they'd accept it before the end of the tax year.

Company accounts 31st March filed 1st April, Personal Tax Return filed 6th April - what is the problem other than not reading the post properly?

Organised

Isn't it just about being organised and up to date? I'll admit that that's not a concept that my clients tend to appreciate on the whole but surely for many businesses you know on the 1st April what your transactions are for the prior 12 months?

Carrot and stick. I don't mind which. Client's choice.
