Plus...... I've just finished my own 31 March accounts and CT return. Think I'll have to sit back for a few days just in case I've missed anything before filing them though

I filed my tax return yesterday and my 31 March accounts on 1st April :)
Didn't realise they'd accept it before the end of the tax year.

Bernard's client has gone one better, 2 days into the tax year and already he knows what will go on his tax return! ;)

Already done 4 directors returns last week and out for signature.
Got 2 in today, one sole trader one landlord. Both paying tax.
Organised
Isn't it just about being organised and up to date? I'll admit that that's not a concept that my clients tend to appreciate on the whole but surely for many businesses you know on the 1st April what your transactions are for the prior 12 months?
Oh yes
and do you go to the extreme with the last minute jonnies and have an uplift?
Carrot and stick. I don't mind which. Client's choice.
