Emailing from Moneysoft using 365

Emailing from Moneysoft using 365

Didn't find your answer?

Any Moneysoft/365 users out there?

Ever since switching over to 365 i've been unable to generate emails directly from Moneysoft.  I thought i'd finally try sorting it today but an hour on i'm still having no luck.

What settings are you all using?

Hotmail is the easiest one, but have also used btconnect as money soft has the option.

Huh???

Is that just a general comment about emailing from Moneysoft?

I'm really looking for an Office 365 user to pop along...

Well, if you referring to how to use office 365's outlook, you need to set up your domain name and e-mail address in outlook, then you can set up the outgoing SMTP in money soft. I do not know where you bough the office 365, mine is from BT, so I use BT's log-in and domain name.

Already done that, been using 365 for months with my own domain/email.

Been into 365 > Outlook app > Options > Accounts > POP/IMAP

POP:   Server name: outlook.office365.comPort: 995Encryption method: SSL  IMAP:  Server name: outlook.office365.comPort: 993Encryption method: SSL  SMTP:  Server name: smtp.office365.comPort: 587Encryption method: TLS  Tried all 3 and nothing works.

Hi

HAs anyone found a solution to connect office365 email addresses to Moneysoft yet?

I am scouring the net as i type, but have only found this so far on the MS support page and am wondering if anyone else has tried this and it works, or any other solution?
