Can someone please advise on their experience of notifiying HMRC late of EMI options granted after the 92 days. Has anyone had a reasonable excuse claim accepted? We have had issues dealing with the online submission (part issues with online services and part our ignorance in the link between PAYE for employers and agents) and I am worried about how to document this to ensure a late notification claim is accepted.
Can someone please advise on this matter before full panic sets in!
