It's supposed to be a risky form but the reality is that most of them are really easy these days.
Car, for example - same as last year more often than not, software calculates the benefit. Can be done in seconds. Change of car is a bit more complex - but the client is tasked with sourcing that information.
I go through the headings with them just to make sure that they've not missed anything either for themselves or the employees but I hardly ever need to report anything but cars.

Meeting with client to brief him, collect the details off him, enter them into the software, push the button to print them, get his approval, push a button again to submit......
There's a lot of variables in there - how many benefits, has he changed his car, how many employees .... there's definitely scope for a quantity discount.
Got to say, I'd probably beat you on price, but it depends on so much...........
