Depends how much time you envisage having to spend on it per month.

All anybody can give you based on the info provided is a figure from thin air.

Construction contractor or IT etc? Big difference in volume of receipts / invoices involved.

also depends on who paying for receipt bank and online package

Also depends on who is paying for receipt bank and online package.

If just your typical contractor with weekly invoices and few payments out each month we would offer the following service

Prep of year end stats and submit to CH

Prep and submit of year end CT return with HMRC

Monthly payroll

Prep and submission of PTR for owner with HMRC

Prep and submission of AR with CH

Prep and submission of quarterly VAT returns with HMRC under FRS

Quarterly mang accounts prepared on Xero

Xero VAT cashbook package

All bookkeeping work

Tax Insurance cover

All telephone and email support

We would probably charge £110 - £135 + VAT per month depending on turnover of business.

We are based in Scotland.

Thanks Marks, this is helpful

yes this is for typical freelancer

We'd go with QB as it is much more cost effective than X and not bad in terms of functionality
