what is involved - legal requirements etc - to relocate a Head office of a limited co in France to London.? the business is in tech not financial services
is it simply a new UK ltd co - presumbly a wholly owned sub of Paris parent - but with all admin and corporate functions being run from London
or
there are presumably wider implications and overseas shareholder issues if the newco acquired / swapped sharing holdings from paris head office co so that new UK co was parent and administrative head office

I'll bite
Just to get this going these are my thoughts
Option 1 - set up a UK company and acquire the shares of the French co as a subsidiary. That gets you a UK holding Co with (presumably) French shareholer/s.
Option 2 - establish a UK branch of the French Co - all the usual registrations, PAYRE, VAT, CT etc. A Head Office isn't the same as registered office, so this may work.
Option 3 - as you suggest set up a UK subsidfiary of teh Freench Co to do the admin / corporate work.
