Care to expand?
Not really telling us much here. Are you saying the Agent Dedicated Line has been taken out of service? That there is a message when you telephone saying that it is not being answered? That you have not been able to speak to someone after waiting for a long period of time? That you are only getting a dial tone? Basically what is the problem you are having and for how long?

Seems fine now
I tried to get through earlier and had a recorded 'we are too busy - goodbye ' but tried again shortly after and got through fine for SA.
Also spoken to PAYE this morning with no issues
Still not solved at 13.30
Two of our staff have had exactly the same problem a few minutes ago. "I'm sorry we cannot answer your call at this time. Please call back" This is just not acceptable!
Would you rather have the engaged tone?
I have no doubt for once that they are ery busy as we have been storing up issues since before Christmas!!
