Hello all
I am trying to claim funding from HMRC for one of my clients so they can pay a large PAYE refund due to an employee.
I have found the relevant page on the HMRC website (https://www.gov.uk/payroll-funding#before-you-start) but it takes me to a login page that my agent login will not work on ...
The 'other ways to apply' tab is not very helpful either!!
Has anyone done such a claim recently? Or can anyone point me in the right direction please? I seem to be going round in circles!
Thank you

Yes! I had exactly the same problem recently - afraid I can't locate the link from my phone, but if you search my recent posts you will find the helpful link I was provided with.
HMRC again
They appear to have messed up.
Phone one of the music playing numbers in a futile attempt to get it put right or be told about another way of getting funding.
Here's the link, kindly given to me by DMGBus a couple of weeks ago. My client in question was missing a PAYE refund payment from an earlier month, so I called the Employer Helpline to be told that there had been "a problem" with the online form. The call handler couldn't be specific, and the information sounded spurious at best as a payment for a later month (but submitted on the same day) had been paid with no problems. I hope the link works for you.

The above link was functioning / working earlier this month (January 2016).
Thank you so much!
Thank you Sparkler, I was also dreading ringing HMRC, but you have saved the day.
I don't think HMRC "Fund" anyone to pay a refund. If Tax Coding calculates a refund, employer has to pay it and offset it against monthly PAYE/NI payments.
