HMRC PAYE Tools

HMRC PAYE Tools

Didn't find your answer?

Does anyone have a copy of the PAYE tools for 2013-2014? I can't find it on the HMRC website and I cannot restore my data as it is asking for the version no. 14168. A zipped copy to my email [email protected] be most welcome. Thank you all!

Be careful

Just be aware that you're inviting people to send you a zipped exe file which you intend to run. While it's extremely unlikely that anyone on this forum would take advantage of that, others may not be so kind and send you malware.

Commercial alternatives

I expect that several providors of commercial payroll software could supply a 2013/14 package.

Here is one of them:

(scroll down to "PREVIOUS VERSIONS")

Brightpay's package can be free for a very small number of employees and I find it easier to use than Basic Tools or indeed any other payroll package.

Surprised HMRC don't have previous versions, actually.

GOV.UK website has a version for 2014/15 and a version for 2012/13. It say for 2013/14 you should use the 2014/15 version.
