I only have a few payrolls so I use HMRC's software. I claimed Employers Allowance for 2014/2015 as well as for the first month of this tax year in error. The scheme is for a nanny and I didnt know you couldnt claim.

I can amend under EPS submission but before I submit can anyone tell me whether the calculations are automatically updated to show the additional employers NIC to pay and is there anything else I should do?

And I presume I have to ring HMRC about the incorrect 2 months pay during 2014/2015 ? Will there be a penalty for incorrect submissions?
