I have been contacted by a person who provides a will writing service.
She would like to hook up with my practice for referrals. She would do the same in return.
Can anyone share their experience and views on hooking up with a will writing service provider?
Thanks

Sounds tacky to me
I'd keep away.
I wouldn't want anybody as a client who uses a will writing service.
Research who you intend to hook up with
I don't have any experience of hooking up with will writers, but I remember watching a TV programme about a fraudulent outfit called 'Willmakers of Distinction Ltd'. If you google the name you will find plenty of reports by investigative journalists about this former firm. If you do hook up then make sure they belong to some form of reputable professional / trade body.
Good idea
@FirstTab - if the will writing partner is good then it's a great idea because it's good for your clients.
As the accountant you have regular contact with clients and can encourage them to do the right thing. Start by producing a report about the implications of not having a will and discuss it with clients.

Solicitor?
Why not recommend your clients see a solicitor?
Why recommend somebody you don't know how good they are in return for them recommending you when they don't know how good you are? How many people who go to a will writing service are likely to need an accountant anyway?
Not fair to tar all such services with the same brush
I was introduced some years back to The Will Bureau run by Andrew Edwards.
I visited their offices and was impressed to hear how all staff have to pass exams before being allowed to advise on wills. This far from the norm. Even then the most sophisticated wills are dealt with personally by the founder of the Will Bureau, Andrew Edwards.
Talking with one of Andrew's Associates, Adele Jameson, I learned that their standard approach when helping clients introuced by accountants is to look for further work and clients who can be referred back to the introducing accountants. Typically this will include other family members, preferred trustees, guardians and anyone else named in the will.

Will writing
Have had experience of Banks doing Will writing service. They always wanted to be executor..usually very expensive. Check what your clients are signing up to.
Wills
Nothing wrong with Will Writing services if you choose a decent one.
We had ours done by one as he was known to the family, doesn't need to be a solicitor.

And to normal people like me, that would mean?
Ironic
Completely irrelevant to the discussion and poor use of grammar. Would you use the this "academic writing" service?

Poor SEO
My guess is that this is a poor link building campaign for their SEO.
They offer to write on marketing subjects so I may commission them to write an essay on "relevant link building, discuss".
