How can i allow my clients to digitally sign?

Didn't find your answer?

Hi Folks

We are trying to reduce papewok as much possible in our practice.

I am trying to seek advice and some recommendations on 'How to allow our clients to digitally sign pdf documents without any need to print, sign, scan or post.....'

Apologies if I sound like a dumbo but i do admit sometimes my blackhat doesn't help me really !!

Thanks in advance for your inputs.

I use IRIS OpenSpace

You don't need to subscribe to any other IRIS products and it's free up to a certain level.

IRIS Openspace

Ditto SteveOH's comment, anyone gets 1GB free and the electronic signing works well, I've been using it since day 1 and would never go back to email & signed docs.

I have just tried it and loving it ..I hope 1GB space should be enough to manage documents for 100+ clients?? Cheers

Signable for us
Works well and most clients "get it" first time.

UK based E-Sign

Late in the discussion, just seen this one and I use something unlisted here.

e-sign.co.uk, which is UK and EU compliant and easy to use, plus can be used to request additional verifiable info.
