the answers were on the one hand irrelevant and on the other they were insinuating that the person, who has committed the fraud was me. Does anybody on this site no of a certain law of Defamation, I suggest they look it up before making insinuations. My criminal record has now been wiped out and I am now £200,000 richer because of it. Bet you all would like to get this retirement pot with very little work entailed to earn it.

CAB
Apart from changing the heading, you asked exactly this question (word for word) two days ago.
In fact, you've been asking variants of this question, for the last few weeks. The advice to seek legal help (from CAB if you cannot afford a solicitor) is still the best advice. This was given to you at the outset. I'm really not sure what you expect to gain by continuing to raise this query on an accountancy forum. It is, and always has been, a legal question.
Definition
Yes. The same idea I have now put forward three times already across your various questions. Seek legal advice, from the CAB if you cannot afford to pay for it. Because I cannot find a legal forum to put the question to. Any ideas?
Whilst the originator is much disputed, there is a famous quote that considers "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results" as a definition of something. I would hope that is not something you are aspiring to.
Here's an idea
Try googling 'asking for legal advice' or 'legal forum'.....
Isn't it a bit like saying I can't find a plumbing forum so I'll ask anyone if they know why my heating won't come on?!
You could try
in the legal forum of UKBusinessForums although the advice may well be the same as already provided.
Seek help
You sound distressed please do seek help. As mentioned the CAB will offer advice on financial matters. Also there are numerous charities willing to help.
It appears from your posting that you are recently bereaved after caring for a loved one and now facing financial hardship. I feel very sorry for you and if you would like to chat re possible sources of help please PM and I maybe able to offer some advice.
claiming benefits
I feel extremely sorry for you and the last thing you need is various people trying to put you in your place "teacheresque like", (no such word obviously) especially as you seem quite vulnerable. Tosie seems to want to help so take up that offer, please. Also remember that even though this is an accountancy forum, you also help others with accountancy therefore you do help others, and you will be repaid for your kindness. In the spirit of Christmas don't be against going to mass and ask for God's help. PLEASE go to your CAB office. There is also a great site I use housingadvice.co.uk, the guys's name is Bill Irvine, he specializes in DWP, you may have to pay a little I'm not sure, but I'm trying to give you some hope. God Bless you, Kev
Difficult
It's difficult to be sympathetic when we're given varying stories, lots of them in a short space of time, and the advice is never followed. And then the OP starts making stupid posts.
Legitimate cases I'll take a different view.
But it's a lovely and thoroughly appropriate sentiment for the time of year Kev. May 2015 not make you as cynical as me!
We can never know who's stories are true, but would Mary had been let into the stable if her taxes were not paid...LOL!
Have a great Xmas "Flash"
