Don't understand

To get any sort of meaningful answer you need to be clear in your questions: -

Where are you wanting to file the accounts - HMRC or Companies House? What's the company's accounting year end?You say the company was dormant from July 2014, but what as it doing before then?Do you know the difference between dormant and non-trading?During what period hasn't the company traded?May 2013 to May 2014 is more than 12 months. Is it really 1 June 2013 to 31 May 2014?If so what was the company doing?

Assets

If it has no assets, just get it struck off and save yourself £140.  Or more.

If it has assets, how much ?

If we're talking about a CT return, just tell them the company didn't trade.  Job done.

There is a lot of "ifs" in there because your question lacks detail.

dormant company

Thanks for the replies .I manage to find some more information

Company was incorporated in July2012 .from July 2012 till July 2013 Account are submitted to HMRC and Company house (Loss) .from July 2013 till 2014 dormant company accounts were filled to companies house .I think not to HMRC .I think this is the reason for HMRC CT latter .

Can it be possible ?

Anything is possible.

Tell them the company has stopped trading.   They'll lose interest.

Does the company have funds ?   What's its future ?

Personally, I'm thinking strike off.
