Are you local to Epsom in Surrey and would you be willing to give me an hour or two of your time to teach me how to use IRIS properly? I'm willing to pay you for your time ;)
I'm normally pretty good with IT systems but I just can't get to grips with this one. The tutorials / help files are dreadful and when I ring the help desk they simply read from the help files - arghhh!

Change your software to Money Soft. You do not need any one to train you. A very intuitive and
cheap software.

Unfortunately I'm based in northern Scotland so I'm unable to nip past to help you out. However if you want to PM me a list of the problems you're having I will see if I can come up with an easy to follow step by step walk through for you.
I can't promise I will get this to you straight away but I will pick away at it as and when I get the chance (no charge involved obviously). Hopefully someone a little closer to you will come up with a better solution but if you're completely stuck it'll maybe get you going in the meantime! IRIS do provide excellent training, have you looked into this?
