Insufficient data missing tax certificates and P11d

I have a client who I have chased so many times and I am still missing for 2010-11 and 2009-10:

Pension certificates

P11ds (if apprropriate but likely)

Bank certificates of tax paid (likely to be minimal)

Is it worth filing incomplete returns based on employment income (which is very significant) before tonight's revised deadline?

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
