Does anyone know of any cost effective software that enables PAYE and CIS payments to be made which then trigger an email to the recipient to state at the very least that a payment has been made but perhaps also a payslip attachment?
Currently exporting pdf from Moneysoft but can only do this to a certain size and I'm nearly at it!
If there are cost effective solutions out there that do this then great, if not then manual workarounds it is for now.
Emailing
Are you aware of the new payslip emailing facility in Moneysoft? Instead of saving as pdf and then attaching to email, you can now click a button to send email automatically to employee. Also works for P60s etc.

I saw this after the latest update, but can't see from the 'help' section how I can link to my Exchange account? Does it put a copy of the sent emails into Outlook so I have the record if I want to look back to the sent email?
Moneysoft payslips can be uploaded to eDoc Deposit.
Hi,
You can now upload your payslips in pdf format to eDoc Deposit. There is a piece of software which uploads your payslips for you, each employee is automatically given an account and a PIN and their payslips are automatically stored there for two years. Your employees just go to www.edocdeposit.com and logon to download a copy of their payslip it's really simple.
