Ireland

Didn't find your answer?

Not a question as such - just an update.

Ireland Rugby League finished their International season last night.  We lost in France, won in Scotland and needed to win the last game against Wales by 39 points to take the title. Which - to be fair - was one less than the target we had last year.

We fell agonisingly short by 65 points - third again.

i think Union & League should merge

the amount of injuries  in union are no longer sustainable, we need a new game

Fair point

There's no doubt that some areas of Union include a high risk of personal injury.  They could get rid of them and improve the game as a spectacle at the same time.

tag

Tag - or tig and pass, as we used to call it - is more Rugby League than Rugby Union.

I'm surprised Union have taken it over as their own.
