IRIS Open Payslips problem

IRIS Open Payslips problem

Using Iris Payroll Professional we have just starting using the open payslips option to upload to the cloud. The program has now stopped "publishing" the payslips. Do any other users have this problem, Iris are saying  it's not a common fault.

It is Iris!

Just had a call from Iris - it's their server that's having the problem! Should be solved in a couple of hours, or so they say.

OpenSpace

I have tried and failed to upload files into IRIS OpenSpace today, so it must be the same server problem.

I've had trouble with OpenSpace as well

I've had problems downloading client files from OS and also couldn't upload files. As Scarlett O'Hara said, tomorrow is another day.

SAupport!!

I have not yet been able to get the electronic payslips working and IRIS are failing to get back to my payroll department / resolve this for us.

Not sure about the experience of other users however i am sick of being in (what is effectively) a premium fon call line for over an hour at a time to then speak to someone at IRIS who does not know the answer and then tells us to email support instead (to which we did last Thursday by the way and to which we have had no response!)!!

Hopefully someone at IRIS will be reading this and endeavour to get back to us to get this resolved ASAP!

Publishing Payslips

I actually deeply regret ever subscribing to open payslips. I now have the same problem the program has not published some of the payslips so am having to print off and email to clients. Cannot face another phone call last week went on the phone at 2.50pm was 7th in the queue and was still waiting at 4.30pm. (Not sure the 'your call is important to us' is actually relevant)

Have given up emailing support, they don't reply.
