Issuing an invoice as an individual (non UK resident)

Issuing an invoice as an individual (non UK...

Didn't find your answer?

Hi all

a bit of background:

I'm not a UK (or EU for that matter) resident. I have been offered a contract for services for a UK Ltd (no affiliation). The contract says I need to invoice the UK LTD monthly. Considering that:

1) the business is not subject to VAT

2) tax is not an issue in my current country of residence (there is no income tax)

What's the best way to issue such an invoice? Is it acceptable for UK limited company to receive an invoice from an individual, just like that?

Thanks a lot

Yes.  If it were not, there

Yes.  If it were not, there would be no self-employed individuals in the UK, and as I am sure you are aware there are plenty.
