Late reply from HMRC

Late reply from HMRC

Didn't find your answer?

Sent a letter to HMRC on 30 June 2014 and received a reply in the post today (albeit dated 17 February 2015) with the opening line ....I'm sorry for the long delay in replying'.

I suppose I should be grateful I got a reply.

A shame that the link they gave me in the letter now redirects back to the gov.uk site which makes it pretty meaningless - such is the passage of time.

Mark

You're lucky

I'm still waiting for a reply to my letter dated 24 November 2002, refuting a Class 4 NI liability.

I'm no longer holding my breath.

When you see the person who apparently runs the show looking rather like a rabbit in the headlights in front of the Treasury Select Committee, it's completely unsurprising that the organisation is a shambles.
