Latest Iris Billing Disaster

Latest Iris Billing Disaster

Didn't find your answer?

Just a heads up to any practices thinking of chaging to Iris. The product is good but the attitude to their users is shocking.

We have had a litany of billing errors which take days of my time to sort out.

We pay them about £12,000 a year which is a drop in the ocean to them.

Latest cock up is that I have an email confirming an invoice for £1088 is going to be taken by Premium Credit in installments. Today they have Direct DEbited the whole lot from our account. I wouldnt mind if it was an isolated incident but just about every time we renew or buy a new product they mess it up. And the most irritating thing is that they DO NOT CARE!

So if you value customer service and a company that values its long term clients then look elsewhere. We are a cash cow to be milked.

Cheers

Rob

Service vs the hassle

If I was starting again I'd probably go Digita.  However, three years in and everything set up nicely, and it's just not worth the hassle to change.  Something I think companies like IRIS count on.  I also really like the software.

Admittedly, I haven't had a [***]-up the likes of which you've just faced.  Worst I had was them trying to charge me for an Accounting Websmiths website, which I'd stopped using 6 months before they took the company over.

WS.

BT

A bit off topic, but the worst billing error we had was when BT took about £12k from our account for an alleged £1,200 bill (which wasn't even correct anyway)

Iris have got a way to go yet.....
