Linked In prices

Linked In prices

Didn't find your answer?

the linked in pricing structure seems completely OTT  far far too expensive , surely the obvious way for this company to grow futher would be for it to reduce its prices by 75% , this would vastly increase the company revenue and its reach by a huge increase in paid subscribers.

What are you paying for?
I've never seen anything on there worth paying for. The free listing is fine for most.

I was just going to say.
The free listing is all you need waste of time anything else I would think.

Depends what industry you're in
The price is a drop in the ocean for recruiters, the site is predominately aimed at them after all.

two points

One - GIven the many millions of users in the UK I think it impossible that the majority are either recruiters or people looking for a new job. It might have been like that originally but it isn't any more.

Two - You may find it helpful to check out the series of articles I wrote on AccountingWeb for accountants who want to understand how to get most value from Linkedin. (This one is on lead generation. The earlier parts of the series are listed at the end).

At no point in the series did I recommend paying anything to use LinkedIn.

I said, instead, that readers would do well to only upgrade and to pay when they find it necessary. This might be, for example, because you are making so much use of the facilities that you want and need longer lists and more detailed access to more profiles than you can obtain as a free member.

For what it’s worth, I have not upgraded (to a paid for premium account) and see no need for me to do so. I have yet to hear of an accountant who has found it necessary either. Most such facilities are primarily only worth paying for if you are a recruiter or headhunter.
