LLP expenses paid for directors of corporate partners

LLP expenses paid for directors of corporate...

Didn't find your answer?

An LLP has 3 corporate partners. It is intended that the Ltd company accounts be simple and just show the partnership share and basic salary allotted to them.

Would expenses paid by the LLP relating to the individual company directors fall under P11D rules? Q3 on the P35 says "did anyone pay expenses to any of your employees when they were employed by you..." - is this relevant? I cannot quite see what relationship the company directors have with the LLP.

is there anything else I need to think about ?

If they're corporate partners why would they show salary on them?

salary for directors

The directors of the limited companies were thinking of drawing a nominal salary. Is this a problem?
