Locked Out of HMRC Online Account - HMRC Not...

Last week (18/11/15) we got locked out of HMRC online account due to 3 wrong password attempts (long story how that happened).

We asked to rest our password. HMRC put one part of the password on screen, the other half gets emailed to you, except in our case it did'nt despite repeated attempts.

Called HMRC Online Services but all they could do was assign it a case ref. They wont give us timescales or people to call about it.

We are now over 1 week on and I am looking for resolve or escalation in the matter as we cant file anything.

Any idea how I can do this?

Reset again?

As an aside, next time, you don't need to reset your password. Just wait for two hours, when the "three strikes" policy resets.
