I have a small practice that I have been growing since I left industry 2 years ago. I am looking for advice on improving processes/procedures maybe software and how to get my practice to the next level, i.e. high street presence and recruitment. Anyone interested in advising in a consultant capacity please feel free to get in touch. The practice is based in Bristol. thanks

Have you tried the Aweb search facility?
There's s few 'consultants' on here, you're probably already aware of them, do any of them 'click' with you?
I'd probably suggest though that there's enough free collective advice on here through blogs, discussion posts and any answers to give you more than enough advice on the topics you've mentioned. You could always post a few questions and test the water with us !
It's easy to start thinking that there's a magical formula out there, the reality though is that most firms are different and simply need a bit of tweaking, which won't cost you half as much.
Why need a "consultant"?
As Sheepy306 says, there's plenty of advice on AccountingWeb and from somebody like Mark Lee. Mark has his website and books available which are very reasonably priced. I would never spend money on a consultant who could well be useless. The free and cheap advice I have suggested combined with YOU thinking through what you think makes sense is much more reliable.
Don't waste you're money on a 'practice guru'.
Put the money into marketing, pure and simple. Mailshots, direct email shots, get a good website that ranks for local search terms, look at Google adwords. If time is an iddue, an office junior can help with envelope stuffing for example and is much cheaper than a consultant.
Put yourself 'out there'.
There's no instant formula - it takes time.
Understand that and do the above, plus ask for referals or offer incentives for clients to refer you to colleuges - do this and you'll get a much higher return than with a practice consultant.
Look on here for software advice and recommendations.
I did exactly this and I'm reaping the benefits
Good luck
