I have a client who wishes to become a limited company using the same a name as a dissolved company. e.g. John Smith Ltd
He has done some research into John Smith Ltd just to check out their reputation etc and is happy to give his company the same name.
However whilst carrying out his research he found another company was using this name for one of their services and this is registered as a trademark i.e. John Smith™
Will this cause any problems for my client if he wishes to go ahead and register John Smith Ltd?
Thanks
