Prepare yourself

Merging an ACCA regulated firm with a ICAEW one is not going to come down to a checklist of all the steps you need to take. If this amounts to your sole due diligence on the matter so far, you may be surprised by the requirements in terms of balance of ACA directors/partners and the interaction (or lack of) between the two institutes.

You need to address this quickly before you find yourself in an unworkable situation.
