I tried to logon to Moneysoft Payroll today from the shortcut on my taskbar. I got the error message:
The item PM3.EXE that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved.
I get the same error message when I try to access the programme from the Start Menu. When I try to get the Moneysoft website from Google, it says the webpage is not available. What the heck is going on?

EDIT: I use Chrome but I am getting "Webpage not available" using Internet Explorer as well.

They posted on Facebook earlier that they were having temporary issues with their website.

Moneysoft is excellent, always has been. Fantastic program and support.

I find the software and support from Moneysoft extremely good indeed. Very user-friendly indeed.

I have used it for many years and found it excellent value for money and very reliable, the few times I have a problem they are invariably sorted the same day

I would like to see these 'constant moans'. Have used the program for several years; it's reliable, and support is excellent.

I use Moneysoft for 77 clients, and not just one man bands, and nothing comes anywhere near it in functionality and cost effectiveness. Last month I made two suggestions about their Auto Enrolment support and both were implemented in the next available release. 12Pay is undoubtedly good, but surely you don't need to rubbish Moneysoft to say it is good!

Can't remember any negative comments about Moneysoft. In fact I sometimes get bored of reading comments about how good it is.

Not really
Two examples (one of which doesn't work as already noted) is hardly "constant".No reply within an hour... I see I have silenced my critics.
The example that does work has only one person complaining, and it is a bit of a vague complaint at that. Other responses indicate their experience is not the norm anyway.
So, like I said already, please share the "constant" complaints if you genuinely believe they exist.

Only queries which stick in my mind usually resulted in answers which showed it wasn't about the software but operating PAYE correctly in the first place
I have been using Moneysoft for several years and think it is great.
I have in the past been answered by someone who needed to go on a customer services training course, but that was several years ago.
The last few times I have rung or emailed them I have not had any problems.
