Non-resident landlord - Company tax return Online filing

Non-resident landlord - Company tax return...

Didn't find your answer?

I have a client, a company which is a non-resident landlord entity involved in UK property. In the past i have filed paper forms which are sent out by HMRC. However im planning to file the return online this time around. But im not sure how to go about this as Non-resident landlords whether companies or individuals appear on self assessment as if they are individuals ie the online form cant be completed without putting a date of birth or answering questions about marriage etc. How can i file a non-resident landlord company return??????

Can't do it online
Non-resident company income tax returns can only be done on paper. For some reason HMRC's online system can't cope with them yet.
