Obligation to Disclose my Qualification?

Hi,

I recently qualified with ACCA, and have since been asked by family to prepare their year accounts, and VAT/Corp Tax Returns etc...

I am aware that without a practising certificate, ACCA forbid such practice.

But what if I didn't disclose my membership with them, nor referred to my self as a Chartered Accountant? - is this allowable?

The work will be small, out of office hours (as I am employed full time)

NB - I've asked ACCA via an email, but had no reply.

Any help would be gratefully received.
