Does anyone know how you can remove an old agent from your HMRC login for PAYE purposes (as the client, not the agent)? I've tried to google this and have come up blank, it's all geared towards the agent. The agent in question is ignoring communication so I'm at a loss. Payroll is prepared in house so no new agent to override this.

I know it's not a big issue in the grand scheme of things, but frankly it's just annoying me! If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Write to CAAT

The client could try writing to CAAT in Longbenton.

Are you not able to go into Authorise Agent and delete the agent there? You can do that for self-assessment.
